W.W.J.B. Belgian Golden Strong
WWJB? Something delicious, balanced, otherworldly–and perhaps infused with dates? Rather than adding Frankincense and Myrrh like the first time, we’re heading in a classic Belgian direction: golden-colored, well-balanced, and fortified with dates and date sugar.
Nonconformist
This series of beers, which we lovingly call “Non-Conformist” doesn’t quite fit into our standard lineup or the BJCP style guidelines. We love to get creative and this series proudly showcases our brewer’s talents.
Born 2 Run Blood Orange Gose
A classic gose with a citrus twist, Born2Run is everything you want from an athletic beer: light, flavorful, refreshing, with a touch of salt and coriander. This ale is kettle soured and fermented with the juice of ripe blood oranges for a perfect balance of sweet and tart.
Our co-founder David, an avid runner, lost his leg to cancer in 2020. One of the most resilient people you could meet, that tragedy barely slowed him down. Unfortunately, the custom prosthetics needed for distance running are extremely expensive. When the Born to Run Foundation (founded by Noelle Lambert) heard about his story, they donated a custom prosthetic to get him back out there. In return, we’ve created this beer, with proceeds supporting their amazing cause. Crafted for those who rise above expectations, overcome adversity and move beyond limitations. Here’s to all of us who won’t be denied that we were Born 2 Run.
David has since begun going on the road with Noelle when possible to help spread the word of her incredible organization, share their stories, connect with others who have experienced similar trauma and helping them to get back to doing what they love.
