Join us on July 4th for our official “soft opening” of the upstairs deck and bier garten! The restaurant downstairs is still under construction, but the kitchen and upper deck and bar are finally complete and we are ready to start sharing
We have been working non-stop to try to open the rooftop Bier Garten with a small menu and bar selection. And now, if all goes well, we will be doing just that on Saturday the 30th of June.
Executive Chef Ryan Muller has been in the hospitality industry for over ten years. At the age of fourteen Ryan started as a bus boy in his home town of Shelton, Connecticut; working his way from the front of house to the kitchen, from dish washing to prep to the line. This is where the dream became the reality.
