We have been working non-stop to try to open the rooftop Bier Garten with a small menu and bar selection. And now, if all goes well, we will be doing just that on Saturday the 30th of June. This is a sneak peek, so while it won’t be a full representation of what’s to come, it will give you a chance to enjoy the great location and sample some of our menu items and perhaps enjoy a drink or two in the sun. We appreciate your patience and understanding during our construction phase and are excited to get your feedback and suggestions as we start to roll out our new restaurant!

For more – keep an eye on our facebook page or give us a call at 802.490.2354

Hope you’ll sneak a peek this weekend!

At the age of fourteen Ryan started as a bus boy in his home town of Shelton, Connecticut; working his way from the front of house to the kitchen, from dish washing to prep to the line. This is where the dream became the reality.

After studying business at the University of Hartford, Chef Ryan made the move to San Diego, California in 2009, continuing his love for the culinary arts by working as the Sous Chef at Sneak Joint, which was voted best beach bar in 2010. When Ryan wasn’t in a kitchen working he was studying as a student at the International Culinary School at the Art Institute, which led to his Associates Degree in culinary arts in 2010.

Since returning to the east coast, and settling in Williamsville, Vermont, Executive Chef Ryan Muller continues to bring patrons of the Whetstone Station Restaurant and Brewery farm to table, fresh and local foods, developing a unique brew pub cuisine which can only be found at the Whetstone. Chef Ryan says he doesn’t actually “work” as his motto is, “it’s not a job, it’s a lifestyle”.
